If you've been a reader of this rag for a bit - you know we've had a great relationship with the music of Nite Jewel, the lo-fi electronic/disco performing and recording project began by Ramona Gonzalez. Ramona chatted with us in our East Village apartment and we caught her live several times during her most recent trip to New York. Her debut long player Good Evening caught the ears of many a music blog, and really put Nite Jewel on the map so to speak. Today, RCRD LBL debuts two new tracks, "Spiritual Nite Life" and "What Did He Say". We're sucking 'em down now as we're writing, and it seems to be more fantastically moody synth pop, made for hazy late nights and their transition to dazed early mornings.
