Willis Earl Beal can be a breakout star. Live, he's captivating, bold, energetic and powerful. Without pulling any punches, his first record misrepresented his talent. It was a lo-fi mess, with few, if any memorable songs. Yet - we really believe in him. Beal's voice is robust and truly timeless. He has the "it" factor. His first two new tracks are a great improvement from his older material. With proper production and some more work on the songwriting these tracks begin to move Beal towards a realized vision. Looking forward to hearing the rest of this album and watching his artist progression. Nobody Knows comes out September 10.
