Maybe it's the season - but this chilly return from Hundred Waters - seems to fit the crisp air and grey skies of NY in February. While the comparison comes easy because we've been listening to a lot of the latter - "Down From the Rafter" recalls the ethereal vocals and string arrangements of PJ Harvey's highly acclaimed and awarded last album, Let England Shake. Always a good thing.
